My journey in IT support began at a young age, providing tech solutions for family and friends since the age of 10. My formal education includes graduating from Shamokin Area High School, where I honed my skills in computer science at the vocational school. Following high school, I proudly served in the Marine Corps for six years as an engineer equipment electrical systems technician, gaining discipline and further technical expertise. After my service, I pursued higher education at California College of San Diego, earning a degree in Computer Networking and Cyber Security. Throughout my college years, I worked as a contractor specializing in cable, smart home, and network installations. This hands-on experience, coupled with my academic background, equipped me to serve a wide range of IT needs. Upon returning home and with the unwavering support of my wife, family, co-workers, and our cherished pets, I embarked on the adventure of running my own home-based business.
